ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —
Albuquerque city councilors passed an ordinance Monday night that will gradually raise the city’s minimum wage from the current $12 to $15 by the year 2029.
Under the amended ordinance, the wage will rise to $13 in 2027. Then an additional dollar each year after that until it hits $15 in 2029.
