The city may break ground on a New Mexico United stadium at Balloon Fiesta Park as soon as this winter, Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller announced Tuesday.
“Obviously, it’s not a done deal,” Keller said at a Tuesday luncheon with commercial real estate group NAIOP New Mexico. “(But) we’re not giving up, and we’re going to do the stadium.”
